I called Orkin this morning an appointment was scheduled for 4pm to 7pm today. I turned away two other companies. At 5ish, a sales rep called and asked if I wanted to schedule services. Her name was "Tamara". I told her that I had an appointment. She said she was calling response to a web inquiry. I said I made an appointment based upon a call that morning from them in response to my web inquiry. She put me on hold for about five minutes and came back and confirmed the appointment.
