I was an Orkin customer for over 6 years. However i was forced to cancel my account with orkin due to the absolute lack of customer service provided by the Overland Park, Ks. office. (I leave out your technicians from this complaint as they are very polite & thorough.) Over the past month, i have requested to speak with a manager at the Overland Park, KS office and have only spoken with receptionists. The manager or persons in charge never got in touch. I called Orkin this morning an appointment was scheduled for 4pm to 7pm today. I turned away two other companies. At 5ish, a sales rep called and asked if I wanted to schedule services. Her name was "Tamara". I told her that I had an appointment. She said she was calling response to a web inquiry. I said I made an appointment based upon a call that morning from them in response to my web inquiry. She put me on hold for about five minutes and came back and confirmed the appointment.
