avoid this company! I have called them so many times and was told different things. Their plan and billing is so confusing. They couldn't even explain it to me. their explanation kept changing. I would not recommend or ever use again!

Charged me 75$ a month and tell me pest control not included, only for mosquito services I did not request and/or agree to. CHARGING MID WINTER IN THE SNOW FOR MOSQITO Serivices and when I checked onlline I had a ZERO BALANCE. They then charged me 200$ for pest control services under a different account!! UNBELIEVABLE and TERRIBLE SERVICE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. BAIT and SWITCH - reporting to BBB DO NOT RECOMMEND

I called Orkin to come out to get rid of some small black bugs that fly, and the person that came out didn't look for the source of how they get in, sprayed something in the basement and left. Set me up for a monthly, but said to call if they needed to come back before the month was up. I called, made an appointment that didn't work out, and when I called again to have them come back, I was told that since it was a new month, they would be charging me. Talked to Chuck. My husband and I had Orkin out to inspect some possible termites at our home. The technician quoted us $6,000 for services and kept changing his story as to the details of the inspection. Thinking this sounded way too expensive, we had two other companies come out the next day. Both companies quoted us $650-a fraction of what Orkin was going to charge. We would not recommend Orkin--they definitely tried to scare us and scam us out of thousands of dollars.

I really liked Orkin. I used them for preventative termite control at two residences for probably 15 yrs off and on. When I moved to southwest Overland Park I kept the plan. Started off great. The last 3 yrs turned into a huge pain in the rear with service. They'd send someone out unannounced, find and reload "some" of the bait stations, and leave a message they didn't have their "locator" tool to find the rest. They wouldn't come back. I was charged for a service I did not get, and when I tried to talk to someone, no one would answer the phone. Not to mention I was sent another bill and they want me to pay that bill. Still no one will answer my phone calls to complain about this item. I will NEVER use orkin ever again!! Nor will I recommend them to anyone! Darren the tech was great. Billing and home office sucks!!

Worst experience, unprofessional, They don't return phone calls, won't refund money when they can't catch the mice, felt like the service men didn't have answers to any of my questions, manager won't return phone calls. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

I was an Orkin customer for over 6 years. However i was forced to cancel my account with orkin due to the absolute lack of customer service provided by the Overland Park, Ks. office. (I leave out your technicians from this complaint as they are very polite & thorough.) Over the past month, i have requested to speak with a manager at the Overland Park, KS office and have only spoken with receptionists. The manager or persons in charge never got in touch.
