Technician came today and had no cardboard traps. Didn’t set a current mice trap. Didn’t spray all the baseboards inside the house as in the past. Worthless visit and when we called the local office got excuses and said they would reschedule a visit at an uncertain date as they couldn’t tell me when because of upcoming holiday and not sure of supplies being delivered. All unacceptable.

We we’re scheduled between 4-5 on a Monday with Orkin. Great communication, good sales pitch. I moved into an old house about 2 months ago and the spiders and ants are running rampant, so when orkin came by, I thought I was saved. So 3 rolls around and my roommate gets a call from our tech saying he’s running early and if it’s alright if he swung by. So we said absolutely! And he came within the next 30 minutes.
