We have been getting invoices for services not rendered. but yet claiming they did. We have security cameras showing that they did not show up when they claim. We have security dogs to prevent them from going in the back to do Services they claim they did.

Just had an employee show up at the house my husband and I recently purchased. I didn’t answer the door because we don’t have service with them and I don’t answer the door when I’m not expecting people. He knocked for at least 10 minutes and then decided to yell into my windows when I still didn’t answer. I was almost scammed $16,000+. I feel I wasted my money. We had mice in our garage. I did what I could as a homeowner and still kept hearing and seeing activity. So, I reached out to Orkin. I was charged $200 for someone to come put some mouse traps in the garage and spray something along the exterior of my house. I was then told they offer “free” inspections and someone could come investigate for the mice. A man came and checked the attic and exterior. I have had this service for over 5 years. The last few years the quality of the service has diminished greatly. Voiced my concerns to the branch manager, David Abell, who offered my next 2 services free, which I appreciated. But the service did not improve. Never the same technican twice. I had a very good tech but since he retired it’s been a disaster! They’ve canceled my appt and never notified me! My time was noon to2:00 and he was running late but no one let me know- I had to call about 6 times before I got someone! I have 4 dogs and I need to know what is going on so I can let them out! The tech never let me know he was done usually they come to my door and let me know what they did! I asked for the sticky strips but he didn’t leave me any!

Technician came today and had no cardboard traps. Didn’t set a current mice trap. Didn’t spray all the baseboards inside the house as in the past. Worthless visit and when we called the local office got excuses and said they would reschedule a visit at an uncertain date as they couldn’t tell me when because of upcoming holiday and not sure of supplies being delivered. All unacceptable.
