RecommendedThis is my first experience with ORKIN. The office notified me by text when the technician was on his way and then again when he arrived at my residence. I appreciated that very much. The technician was pleasant, prompt, and seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough. I will wait to comment on effectiveness as the treatment was done today.

RecommendedI always have the same technician and he is always very professional. The service is prompt and I am extremely satisfied. If I see any bugs they come back again for free but I haven't had to have them back because their treatment lasts for the entire time period.
