RecommendedYour pest control dept is EXCELLENT. Your termite program has much to be desired. Understaffed?? Your office employees are best and the last termite official, David Christensen, was excellent. Getting someone to service is the problem.

they let you know when they're coming out they're very neat and clean about the situation. and then they let you know that they're at your house. then when they're done they just leave. if you have a problem and can't be there at the time they help you out by just doing it without you there if you have a privacy fence if you leave the gate unlocked they'll do that for you. which we had to do that today. I appreciate my orkin man very much. thank you.

This is my first experience with ORKIN. The office notified me by text when the technician was on his way and then again when he arrived at my residence. I appreciated that very much. The technician was pleasant, prompt, and seemed to be knowledgeable and thorough. I will wait to comment on effectiveness as the treatment was done today.

I always have the same technician and he is always very professional. The service is prompt and I am extremely satisfied. If I see any bugs they come back again for free but I haven't had to have them back because their treatment lasts for the entire time period.
