I would not recommend Orkin for services. I paid for an inspection and I had to ask the person the check in every room. I was told that they would be looking everywhere and I had to tell the guy what to do. I’ve contacted everyday and I keep getting told someone will call me. Someone called me today and said they would have management call me today and no call back. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.

Orkin gives two day notice of day and time when they arrive. Twice I have called, left a message to cancel and received no call back. They arrive anyway, once only doing our outside - yet charging full price. When I called to say that we have ants, they wanted to charge to come out. Orkin purchased Home Team Pest and when they did, they changed our contract to charge us more - and we have received less services. We are looking for a new contractor.

I was scheduled an appointment. Waited all day to find out 30 min after they should have been there. No one was coming. Then the backup person that did come was not very good I found we were doing all the work

Communication is difficult at best with the dispatch. we are never told when our next service is. We have had to reschedule services multiple times because of either the tech being over booked or running too late. The techs are generally nice folks, but the actual operational aspect stinks.

I've tried to call for 3 days no one answered. They came out and only did the front of my house because the back is locked and charged a service call. I'd like my money back!

Had orkin out to spray inside and outside our house and we still have spiders!! A month after they sprayed our house got infested with ants and we had to set ant traps! They also told me there was a 90 days period to come back and spray for free if we saw bugs and when I called and talked to ANNA she was very rude and said that’s not our policy. Well you shouldn’t have told the customer that then!!
