Unbelievable customer service. Major bee problem outside that he sprayed down. Bees retreated and found a hole in my foundation and made their way into my basement. Hundreds of bees. He followed up two days later, I told him that, and he came again and took them all out of my basement. Then followed up two days later to ensure they were all dead. The follow ups were excellent and I feel he went above and beyond to help me with my problem. And it didn’t cost me anything extra.

Yooooooooooo Orkin got me all the way together. Y’all was prompt, literally right on time. Customer service on the phone was super professional, straight to the point. Not to mention the guy that came out to actually give service 🤦🏽♀️🤤He was so handsomeeeeeeee, professional, nice, and talked to me about everything he was doing and what to expect moving forward. Orkin's service is first class all of the way. We especially like Tim Teter...our service technician. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it extremely well. We brought Orkin in because of a problem we were having with ants making their way in from outside. Nothing we tried would get rid of them...until Tim showed up. We haven't seen them (or any other pests) since . 5 Stars & I highly recommend them. They are worth every penny
