Unbelievable customer service. Major bee problem outside that he sprayed down. Bees retreated and found a hole in my foundation and made their way into my basement. Hundreds of bees. He followed up two days later, I told him that, and he came again and took them all out of my basement. Then followed up two days later to ensure they were all dead. The follow ups were excellent and I feel he went above and beyond to help me with my problem. And it didn’t cost me anything extra.

Yooooooooooo Orkin got me all the way together. Y’all was prompt, literally right on time. Customer service on the phone was super professional, straight to the point.
