I just had Orkin come out to my home to do some pest control work. the representative was extremely nice and professional. he also took the time to explain expectations as well as what we can do to make sure the home stays pest free. Haven't seen the results yet since it just happened today but the experience so far has been. 5 stars

Well at first I was irritated cause they gave me a time and didn’t show up and this was initial visit but they apologized and reduced the service call amount and the the gentleman was professional and courteous.

Tech was on-time and quickly completed his assessment. I explained that I wanted to do preventive treatments as I had move into a new residence and wanted to be ahead of any problems as we move into the colder months, especially because I live near a creek that has critters and a curious dog. He listened to my concerns and explained the next steps for my treatment areas. I am on a plan with Orkin and feel confident that I am on track for a pest free eye at.
