the representative that can to my home was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. despite the fact that he was afraid of heights, he still was able to ascend to the top of my 2 story home and eliminate a wasp nest located in the top of my chimney. I highly reccomend Orkin and would definitely use them again if needed in the future.

I do recommend Orkin but I’m disappointed by our last interaction. We are not experiencing a pest control issue other than the hundreds of stink bugs setting up shop on the exterior of our house. I called Orkin and specifically said we are having an issue with stink bugs. The rep scheduled a time for Orkin to visit. They were very prompt with the appointment, however, upon arrival, the rep said “oh, we can’t do anything about stink bugs”! Boo on the phone rep for not disclosing that!
