Brian was very unhelpful and even combative. It was as if he didn't want to do the job. Unfortunately, we cancelled our service.
I am blown away! I just got off the phone with a “Christopher,” some nut job guy who went ballistic on me at this office. Orkin never shows up on time, shows up on the wrong days, or doesn’t show up at all. When I called to complain that they never showed up again on their scheduled day, he started being condescending and said, “we’re just going to pull that guys truck just for you and pull him in here and fire him for you!” What? Unfortunately we are not satisfied by the service! The guy that came from Orkin did not treat inside of house. I told him that there were small bugs everywhere in my house. He told they were coming from outside! He put a small amount chemical on each window, but he did not do any other treatment inside the house. After 2 days we continue to see the bugs everywhere inside the house. He just sprayed outside of my house. Per the agreement Orkin would take care of my garage as well.
