So i never leave reviews, and this review is strictly on the worker Mike- only because i just had my house sprayed so i can’t attest to bug issue just yet but I'm sure it will be great according to what Mike informed me of. He was polite, kind and friendly with my children and talkative. Some people just come and get the job done and don’t bother being friendly and i appreciated that about him. He was thorough and explained. Hope to have him again at our next appointment.

Robert was on time and very thorough. Since it was the first visit, I can’t yet say if the treatment worked or not. Office staff were helpful and responsive. A bit pricey overall for a former client of 20 years.
It was great he was very friendly it was very efficient.
I was concerned about bed bugs after traveling. Though I never saw one in my house I had several unknown bites. One’s mind can go to all sorts of scenarios thanks to the internet. Horrrible you were suppose to be at my house Friday September 6 after 12not on Tuesday. This has been going on since Thursday August 29 when Bob came at wrong time A supervisor was supposed to call me back never did . I called Landon on Friday afternoon after I had a snake in my house. Explained how no one called me back. He made the appointment for 9/6/24 . Said he have someone call me back. Someone did Saturday said he have two people out Friday.
