RecommendedThe technician was courteous, thorough, and ensured everything was done exactly how we wanted. The only stumbling block occurred with the scheduled time moving a few times before it was finally set on when they could come out. This is definitely a gap that needs to be bridged between their corporate team and local schedulers to improve on communication. The service itself was great though once they were on site.
