DJ is awesome and efficient
They could make their appointment and let the customer know if their is an issue. I've been dealing with this issue 2 or 3 times a year for the last 3 years I've been with Orkin over 10 years and am totally disappointed in the local management team. I've had an endless number of different technicians that are non communicative. I feel, the local management team does a terrible job of hiring technicians and even worse seeing that they make the appointment commitments.
