I am normally happy with your service. On Saturday I was notified that you would be here on Monday. I had back-to-back doctor's appointments so I called was transferred to the local office and I left a long message explaining that Monday would not work. Imagine my surprise when orkin showed up to do the service. Luckily my husband was home and he heard Orkin arrive otherwise it would have been a wasted trip for you.
