RecommendedThe service was great! Traps were set and foam was used to block any entry points. Orkin will be back tomorrow to check everything. Hopefully, no more mice! Yuck!
The gentleman that showed up was a true professional. He explained everything that the inspection would entail, then went to work on the project. He explained the contract and what it provided for ongoing support. Orkin, good job hiring this man.
The biggest thing I really appreciate about Orkin is their communication. Not only do they do an awesome job getting rid of whatever problem we might have, such as ants, spiders, wasps, etc. But before our appointment & the day of the appointment, they send text messages letting us know they’re on the way, etc. It’s really refreshing to not be kept wondering if/when a technician is going to show up. Thank you!!!!

I do not reccomend this location! In the past week I have dealt with very rude people over the phone and this location refuses to follow the request of their customers. I signed up for service every 2 months and EVERY MONTH this year they schedule me every 30 days. I had to call 4 times to cancel and each time after I canceled they re-scheduled the canceled appointment the very next day. I finally had to fire Orkin to get my point across. I do not reccomend.
I will never use Orkin again. The technician was late with no call to inform. He spent no time diagnosing the problem and did a quick treatment so he could leave as quickly as possible. The problem continued and now after several phone calls and emails sent NO ONE from Orkin has contacted me to resolve the problem. Oh yeah, they were very quick to take my money before any work was done. What a rip off!!
We had 2 appointments and no one showed up. Finally someone came and applied a treatment for the wasps that did not work. Now waiting for the person to return and he is already past the time frame and has not called. This company is not reliable!
They never showed or called within the 24 hours. TWICE. Told me to catch the bug- I did- brought it to the office for them to yet again NOT CALL OR SHOW UP. oh I might have termites they say. But they won’t show up or call to verify. Cool.
