RecommendedOrkin took care of my Vole problem and spiders in my house and crawl space. Most importantly, they accommodated my request to have Justin as my tech. I was tired of pointing out to techs, over and over, what areas to treat. Justin remembers and he is so pleasant. Orkin-take heed of this message. Stop changing routes on the techs. It is so aggravating to have a new tech constantly.

RecommendedThe gentleman that showed up was a true professional. He explained everything that the inspection would entail, then went to work on the project. He explained the contract and what it provided for ongoing support. Orkin, good job hiring this man.
RecommendedThe biggest thing I really appreciate about Orkin is their communication. Not only do they do an awesome job getting rid of whatever problem we might have, such as ants, spiders, wasps, etc. But before our appointment & the day of the appointment, they send text messages letting us know they’re on the way, etc. It’s really refreshing to not be kept wondering if/when a technician is going to show up. Thank you!!!!

I do not reccomend this location! In the past week I have dealt with very rude people over the phone and this location refuses to follow the request of their customers. I signed up for service every 2 months and EVERY MONTH this year they schedule me every 30 days. I had to call 4 times to cancel and each time after I canceled they re-scheduled the canceled appointment the very next day. I finally had to fire Orkin to get my point across. I do not reccomend.
I will never use Orkin again. The technician was late with no call to inform. He spent no time diagnosing the problem and did a quick treatment so he could leave as quickly as possible. The problem continued and now after several phone calls and emails sent NO ONE from Orkin has contacted me to resolve the problem. Oh yeah, they were very quick to take my money before any work was done. What a rip off!!
