I do not reccomend this location! In the past week I have dealt with very rude people over the phone and this location refuses to follow the request of their customers. I signed up for service every 2 months and EVERY MONTH this year they schedule me every 30 days. I had to call 4 times to cancel and each time after I canceled they re-scheduled the canceled appointment the very next day. I finally had to fire Orkin to get my point across. I do not reccomend.
I will never use Orkin again. The technician was late with no call to inform. He spent no time diagnosing the problem and did a quick treatment so he could leave as quickly as possible. The problem continued and now after several phone calls and emails sent NO ONE from Orkin has contacted me to resolve the problem. Oh yeah, they were very quick to take my money before any work was done. What a rip off!!
We had 2 appointments and no one showed up. Finally someone came and applied a treatment for the wasps that did not work. Now waiting for the person to return and he is already past the time frame and has not called. This company is not reliable!
They never showed or called within the 24 hours. TWICE. Told me to catch the bug- I did- brought it to the office for them to yet again NOT CALL OR SHOW UP. oh I might have termites they say. But they won’t show up or call to verify. Cool.

Poor communication and year round “monitoring” not done unless you harass them. Barely done before our renewal date after months of bugging them. Pretty frustrating.

I would rather have all the bugs in Colorado in my house then let these people back on my property. Here are my top reasons why: 1. This company cannot get their billing right and triple charge their customers month after month which takes FOREVER to get resolved. 2.
