Right from the start Cindy the customer service representative was kind and compassionate of my problem. I don’t want to forget to mention Joe the Chief inspector he’ll was kind and knowledgeable. Jason and Hector the technicians came and did everything that needed to be done along with giving us valuable information we needed. Thank you all for your assistance.
My inspector was a little pushy and could have better manners. I continuously had to say “I don’t have the money for extra right now I have to wait” and he continuously pushed the financing option into me no matter what I said. However, the exterminator himself was a nice guy. I haven’t seen any bugs since starting the service, so that’s a plus. They are much more affordable than a local exterminator.
