I'm posting for a family member who doesn't have Facebook ... I would not recommend this specific branch of Orkin. After forking over $1,800 for one treatment and still being left with a horrible infestation, we're highly unimpressed! We followed all preparation procedures! The 30 day guarantee is a joke and the secondary treatment that was done when the first treatment failed, also failed! Waste of money and effort on our end! Worst company we’ve ever worked with. No one will return calls even after we spent quite a lot of money. Salesman (Lon) would not call us back after sale was complete. The technicians for insulating as well as pest control were incompetent at best. I called Orkin International even then no call back, in order to get answers we had to go to the office. Save yourself some time and find a company that puts customers first and not ripping the customer off.
They need to work on their admin. They send you an invoice that when you call the number on it to pay, you are unable to pay due to the fact that your “account number” is in invalid, if you try paying through the Orkin website.. the same. Try calling Orkin toll free number and speaking to a rep, when they look you up in the system using the information provided on your “invoice”, you find that you do not have an account.
