Terrible. Craig is pretty much a smooth talking, hyperbole filled con artist and I guess it’s no wonder he got the job. MIA after he gets his commission from you. Oh, and they never even fixed the problem. Go figure. Find a local company who genuinely cares instead of bothering with these schmucks.

I have gotten no relief from the bugs outside it has actually gotten worse. When I started the service I was told if I wasn't happy I would get a refund, I spoke with a supervisor who asked if I had bugs in my house I said no he said well what we are doing is working because you have no bugs in the house. I have never had bugs in my house that logic made no since. Horrible experience. They wrecked our house. We paid extra for them to vacuum and clean up after themselves. Needless to say they didn’t. They broke a window in our bedroom and broke our sons lamp in his room. The manager is supposed to call me this morning, so we’ll see.
RecommendedThey did not call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Then the tech says “ I don’t think you have an infestation, I only think they came in over the winter”. Then riddle me this Batman, why is there fresh mice droppings? Not even at my house for a full 30 mins.
