My experience has always been good with the exception of the last time of service which was actually yesterday, 9-10-20. Had to get some extra service and the technician was very rude and slow. Didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and sat in his truck for long periods of time before and after service. Just was a bad experience, then today a technician came by to spray same place as guy did yesterday. So no communication there at all. But like I said this is one bad time. Everything else has been good.
