We had our regular visit and treatment for pests. I was not home and my husband forgot to tell the technician about seeing mice in the house. I called the office and they contacted the tech and he returned and set traps for the mice. Very timely response and thoroughly addressing the problem.

I called Tuesday to set up service. I called the number for Fair Haven service and the gentleman Brad set everything up for coming to my house and taking care of the inside and the outside. I signed the contract initialed it. And then I got a text this morning they’re on the way. They changed my time without telling me. I run a business in my house so I needed them to come when I was closed when I complained they pretty much told me I’m not a good fit and fired me.So unprofessional.
