So I called Orkins and explained to them I have a bat issue in my attic I would like to hire you guys to get them removed, which they said would be no problem what so ever. Feeling confident in my choice I also decided to go for the pest program they offer and happily forked over my $300+ dollars. I was set up with an apt and we were off and running. First work had to be totally redone. Still does not look professional. Having more issues with squirrels and have been calling and texting for past 3 days and nobody is getting back to me. Very disappointed. Expected a great deal more for the amount of money we paid.

We were promised treatment for carpenter bees when we signed up last year. When Spring arrived we were then informed that they could not spray for carpenter bees. We asked the Queensbury office weeks ago to please have a supervisor call us to explain why we were so misled but we still have not received a call. The field employees are nice guys but provide conflicting information.

I can't say they were professional because on a return visit we never saw the technician. We received an email that said he was at our home. I called them for a bee problem that I didn't have when they first came to my home 2 months ago. After their visit I still have bees and they left the side gate open. I have 2 small dogs and without knowing they came it could have been a big issue. I have cancelled my account with them. In the end I paid 300 bucks to get rid of spiders and now I have bees.
