Unbelievably disappointed. Last Saturday I was scheduled for someone to come to my home 10-12pm. When no one showed I called the office, but had to leave a voicemail. No return call. Fake scams. Will charge your card repeatedly with no service rendered.
I can not believe the horrid, unprofessional service I received today. Two young techs showed up to put termite control plugs in the ground at my house, detached garage and shed. They randomly went about putting plugs around the yard without any gloves or protection. They spent a great deal of time hanging out and talking.They were supposed to drill section of my driveway along side the house and place plugs in the holes, but did not. I have mice in my house and called and they said I had to wait two weeks and then appointment time comes and no one showed up. What am I paying them for?!
I have recommended them to my friends in the past but lately I’m not getting notice of when they are coming, not the day or the time. I’m not having any issues inside my home at the present time but if I’m not home they can’t get into the garage to check the traps in there. Once they even lied and told me he had come on Sunday, when I had been working in my driveway and knew he hadn’t. This has only occurred lately and I know this is not the norm.
never come when they tell. never see them on my camera when the say they come. aldo they are supposed to spray inside I have not seen these people in over a year but the keep charging me when told not to!!!
