Robert from orkin came to my house to spray for ticks and mosquitoes. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions and did a thorough examination of the inside of our house and sprayed for all insects outside. The only negative thing I would say about Orkin is that their overall communication .When you tried to call them it’s very difficult to get through and when you leave a message nobody gets back to you. Robert who comes to my property gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him directly.
Ramona was very professional and knowledgeable. He actively listened to what I was saying, and answered all my questions.
