Matthew represents Orkin well. He takes time to explain the pest control process and is very reassuring regarding pest riddance and already plans to eliminate any outdoor pest traffic next month ahead of the warm weather. I always look forward to his informative and patient visits.

The Technician that came out for our first appointment was Alan, and he was excellent - incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating (I work from home and was in a meeting when he arrived, so he graciously got started on the exterior while I was tied up), incredibly professional and personable. He talked me through the full process and what he was using/why.
