The Technician that came out for our first appointment was Alan, and he was excellent - incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating (I work from home and was in a meeting when he arrived, so he graciously got started on the exterior while I was tied up), incredibly professional and personable. He talked me through the full process and what he was using/why. Alan also put me at ease that the chemicals he would use around the interior of the home are not used in a quantity that could harm our indoor kitten, which helped to give me... read more
