The technicians who service my residence do a pretty good job. However, I’m having problems with scheduling. When I started this process last August, I made it clear that I needed a Saturday or late evening appointment. Every single month, they have scheduled me for a weekday. Every single time, I have had to call in to reschedule. Why is this so difficult??
