The technician was VERY THROUGH! I was happy to see a FEMALE TECHNICIAN for the 1st time & HOPEFULLY, will see more in the future! She also told me that I need to get a dehumidifier & put it in the crawl space, because the humidity level was to high. I WILL get it & set it up & have it drain into the sump pump drain!
