I find Orkin to be difficult- almost impossible to deal with. I don’t feel like a valued customer. Everything is just a money-grab. My schedule and preferences are only considered when I raise a stink, and my service is always scheduled for the very last “end of day” which is terribly inconvenient for me. If I could find a viable alternative I would jump on it in a New York minute.

For the service to cost as much as it does the guy I saw applying it literally runs through for all of two/three minutes and it doesn’t seem affective. They didn’t do my back yard at all and it was accessible.

Called for outdoor rat issue. First day appointment rescheduled due to rain. Next day technician came with no outdoor rat stations but was able to do insect spray outside. Third day I called to be sure inspector was bringing outdoor stations and found out they were not aware it was outdoor and that there was an extra charge for outdoor.stations.
