Did not receive service. Tech schedule time was between 9 and 10, however showed up at 7:40am. Camera showed truck pull up, tech sat there for 15 minutes then logged service completed. There is a continuous gap between contracted deliverables and service provided. Extremely disappointing!

The job was rushed. He wasn’t here 5 minutes. I asked him if he was done he stated he covered everything. I would think as part as customer service he would’ve went over it again since I’m laying $80 for a service. I contacted customer service and they were going requested comes back out and as of 11:34am he has not

I was forced to cancel late due to a personal issue and requested The appointment be rescheduled; however, I’m amazed that a service representative with cell phone cannot be reached. My husband wanted to be able to be available since the last appointment in May, we learned that there were: Two individuals Canister was half filled 2nd individual refilled canister He did not appear to intend to cover the outside areas as I had Requested until Jerry actually followed him and explicitly directed the required areas. I informed you last week to allow me to reschedule because I would not be available because my mom was in hospital. When I asked your representative if I could reschedule, he told me that he did not have June’s schedule and I should call back. So you came anyway last Saturday and today. I am not home to receive treatment. I will call to reschedule

When you have an active account with a business and they charge you for specific services and they only do half the job, there's a major problem. I pay for internal and external, every time Roosevelt arrives, he don't call to let me know he arrived, or to ask has anything changed from the last visit, he doesn't ring the bell to service the inside and only spray externally.. I genuinely can go to Menards and get spray of I only wanted the outside of my house sprayed. I would like to have the service done I pay for.
