Everything went well. Servicer was very professional.
Connor was knows his stuff! He competent did a complete assessment explaining what was going on and then immediately and strategically placed the glue traps with jelly(?) explaining what and why hew was doing with them. He compentely answered my questions. Bottom line, you hired a great technician...I say this not just due to his competency but even more so his people skills. If im not out of bounds, I'd like him to be my technician for as long as I have a service.

The actual service was great as usual, but I wasn't notified the tech was on his way, just when he actually got there. Since I have dogs, more notice is appreciated so I can get them put away before they're ready to do the indoor inspection.
I usually accompany the technician throughout the house, but my brother had just dropped by for a visit. Jason was familiar with all the little rooms and passages in this old house, and I was very comfortable with having him complete the service on his own. Orkin technicians are reliable and trustworthy.
Very happy with the service and the tech doing work. Made it easy to work with and on my schedule.
