My scheduled time is between 2-4. I was not home when he decided to come whenever he wanted. Technician only did the outside. Rescheduled for the next day which I now have to make sure I’m home. I was charged and didn’t even have the service completed. I should not have been charged until everything was done.

Again says 2-4 for 10th time should always be 8-10 said changed and comes at non company ever

Made schedule without my permission.Serviceman did not show up in the 2 hour window. I left 2 requests for a return call from the local service office and they never called back.
