Brian was efficient and knowledgeable when it came to my Jetta. He explained everything thoroughly. He instilled trust in me that things would be taken care of. I need to return next week for another issue. Brian has already taken care of providing me with a rental car. I appreciate having a nice area to wait & the way other employees are friendly while Im at the dealership

Quick oil change but long wait to get started The experience to begin was a slow start but once my vehicle was taken the assessment and oil change was speedy

Arthur was kind, patient, diligent, and helpful. He found the best way to help me in my situation and went above and beyond by helping me move my car seat and stroller to the loaned car and back, I have a 3 month old baby and I really appreciated everything he did for us.

Arrived for my scheduled appt. Brian, my usual advisor wasnt there that day. Mark was covering for him but he was super busy and another advisor got the process rolling for me. I was have having an oil change and transmission flush done. Mark called when the car was ready for pick up. He helped with the Sunbit payment. My car was clean and washed when I picked her up.
