I like coming to VW North Orlando because of the great service I receive. I have been coming here for the better part of 15 years now. I have bought several cars from here and the service team takes good care of them. On a side note, I do wish VW would bring back the knobs for the air conditioner instead of that horrible slide bar. It is really dangerous, I have to take my eyes off the road to actually use it.

I had my vw sportwagen towed there on a sunday(they were closed at that time) the very next day I was contacted by a service tech administrator (Rob Doern) with the diagnosis and options for repair, costs.after I agreed (online) the repairs were completed the next day I am more then satisfied with the service I received they even washed my car before I picked it upRob especially was very professional and facilitating a cheaper overall price
Had a recall plus 6 month zaktek. Recall was labor intensive and was told it may take an extra day. Great communication regarding status of car.
