I love John he's great with people explain everything about the service and told me if anything else happens again to contact him again.The only thing I didn't like was the wait.

Great job! Tom is wonderful never have any major issues with communication. I wish my vehicle didn't have that many issues when it comes to the electrical very tedious, but they get the job done.

I have presented an issue twice that my 2023 atlas has a sensor/warning light that keeps going off and was told several times it was a computer update issue. Vehicle was there Saturday and it was supposedly fixed and here we are today the sensor is on again and I cannot use the phone system to make calls or text. Just frustrating especially for how much we got duped into spending on a brand new vehicle
