The manager, Hector was knowledge and patient with my decision. Ericka was less knowledge but was willing to gain the information requested

Service is good, takes a long time but that's typical for a dealership. I appreciate that they show me pictures of what needs work. The shop desperately needs a higher quality wifi. There's no way someone can do virtual work while waiting for their car to be serviced.

The service was Good in special from David, the person who take care of me , he was very polite. The only thing I did not like is the charge of around 23 dollars upon the price of the service I did, it said miscellaneas, and it was not the taxes, I really felt upset for that . But as I said , the service was good and the attention from David was the best .
