I had been struggling with what I thought was severe allergies my whole life. When I was 6 I fell and hit my face and being a kid in the 80's I was checked over and sent home. The surgery performed on me by Dr. Bonaparte 6 months ago was lower face and neck lift. I am so fortunate that I chose Dr. B to perform this surgery. Six months post-op and I am very pleased with the results where I look myself, simply younger and less tired. No stretched look, very natural - friends comment on how well, lovely, etc. I look. First and foremost the service I received at the Facial Surgery and Cosmetics Centre of Ottawa was outstanding. The ladies at the front desk and in particularly Alison were consistently very pleasant and welcoming. Also very appreciated was how prompt they responded to emails, assuring that all required documents were completed. I went from having a stuffy, blocked nose, difficulty breathing, interrupted sleep, 24/7 use of breathing strips on my nose....to clear nasal passages, little to zero stuffiness, no more nose strips to help me make it through the night and, getting a good nights rest. Dr. Bonaparte is a surgeon who does revision when other, less skilled and experienced surgeons are not able to fix a serious problem. I have had serious sleep apnea for over 20 years, and suffered with a severely deviated septum. Despite 2 previous septoplasties to correct the problem, I still had a very difficult time breathing through my nose. Dr Bonaparte preformed a chin implant and liposuction on me. The whole process went really smooth and I sometimes even forget I had anything done. He did a great job and it is very natural. Most people don't even notice a difference which is what I wanted. He is also super available if you have questions and very approachable which helped the process be a lot smoother. Overall I would for sure recommend him as a surgeon.
Dr. Bonaparte was attentive and showed genuine concern for my symptoms. He took the precaution of ordering multiple tests to rule out various diagnoses. After having seen him several times, I'm impressed by his down-to-earth bedside manner and his efficient methods. I would highly recommend Dr. Bonaparte for any ENT concern.
Dr. Bonaparte & nurse Sandie were fantastic!!! Right from the first visit they were professional, made me feel comfortable & extended empathy over my nervousness. Dr. Bonaparte and his staff were amazing. He makes you feel at ease and is very skilled at his craft.
