Very professional and Chip and the team knows what they are doing. I bought the house by myself and I was new to the area and Chip was able to approved my loan. I was actually able to get approved higher than I expected. Communication is easy as well, the team answers all the questions right away. We were able to close on time and everything went smoothly. I will definitely choose them again if I were to buy another house or even to refinance.

We had some misconceptions about the First Time Homebuyer program, we ended up having to take my fiancee of the loan and my income wasn't quite enough to buy the house myself outright. OVM helped us navigate my DTI Ratio and we were able to make it work. It was tense for us here because we had put in notice with our rental, so if it fell through, we'd have been homeless. Not once did the OVM team make me feel bad for being nervous and constantly following up on the status of things. We got there, we are in our house, and couldn't be happier.
