I would definitely recommend Mr. Blackburn for a mortgage loan. The process was done quickly and very easy to understand. When I had questions, I could easily get in touch with Mr. Blackburn.
Charlie was with us every step of the way, he explained the loan process and what the next steps were. He was very responsive to our questions and extremely patient with us since we hadn't bought a home in over 30 years. He was able to answer all our questions and I would recommend him to anyone in need if a lender.
