Trust them so much! The whole team is amazing. Mark has created such a great wellness culture. Jana is the lip injection queen and you would be a fool not to visit her. From hydra facials to injectables - Ovme is THE Atlanta spot. Do yourself a favor and pay the team a visit.

I absolutely love this place and the staff! I was pleasantly surprised to know that the woman at front desk knew my name after I had been there before. I love it when it feels personal. My favorite nurse is Janna! She always takes great care of my needs. I get Botox and lip filler. She studies my face and does an AMAZING job at making everything look so natural! The staff is first class and very welcoming. I love the location and comfort of OVME's setting. The Doctor that provided my treatment was very personable and answered all my questions. I enjoyed our conversation and will return as well as recommend to others.

Do not come here if you're coming for a touch up. For context, I've been coming for 2 years now for my Botox. I'm not sure when they started this policy of 150$ minimum but l think it's ridiculous to charge 150$ for 6 units of Botox (touch up to 11s) especially when l came month ago for my upper forehead and they didn't charge the 150$ minimum then. Will probably not be back and will go to my usual Botox spot for the full dose.

I tried OVME at Merrifield twice. I was disappointed both times. The first time I was disappointed because their Botox didn't last as long as other places. The second time I was disappointed because after a consultation and a Botox treatment I was told I could get a touch up in two weeks. I did let time fly and went back three weeks after my original appointment. I was told that any touch up falls outside the 2 week come back period and I would be charged as a regular appointment. I wanted to like OVME as it's walking distance from my new place in buckhead village & a friend referred me. I paid $300 for Botox in crows feet where I got 24 units! After 3 weeks it looked like they hadn't done anything. I'm certain they water down their products. So I came in for a "touch-up" where they gave me 16 additional units of dysport. I went in to get lip injections. The lady who injected me was the nicest person ever and I really loved her. My lips looked amazing for two weeks and now they look the exact same as they did before I went in. $650 wasted in my opinion.

I wanted so badly to like this place. I think for other things its probably great, but for lip injections I had a terrible experience. They somehow talked me into getting restylane because it costs way more. I've always gotten Juvederm and had no problems. First after they numbed my lips I was left in the room for a little over 45 minutes. When they did the injections I was bleeding so much (it shot out) and she immediately goes oh no did you drink last night? Which I hadn't drank in over a week. I am updating one last review, now that I've found a new place for my injectables. They got a new scheduling system and none or the previously booked appointments I'd made for myself showed up in the new system. I needed a facial before an event, which was why I booked more than a month in advance. There was no apology or sympathy for the mistake they'd made, nor was there an effort to fix the problem they had caused.
