I went in to get lip injections. The lady who injected me was the nicest person ever and I really loved her. My lips looked amazing for two weeks and now they look the exact same as they did before I went in. $650 wasted in my opinion.

I wanted so badly to like this place. I think for other things its probably great, but for lip injections I had a terrible experience. They somehow talked me into getting restylane because it costs way more. I've always gotten Juvederm and had no problems. First after they numbed my lips I was left in the room for a little over 45 minutes. When they did the injections I was bleeding so much (it shot out) and she immediately goes oh no did you drink last night? Which I hadn't drank in over a week. I am updating one last review, now that I've found a new place for my injectables. They got a new scheduling system and none or the previously booked appointments I'd made for myself showed up in the new system. I needed a facial before an event, which was why I booked more than a month in advance. There was no apology or sympathy for the mistake they'd made, nor was there an effort to fix the problem they had caused. Came here for the "Botox BFF" event with my friend. We booked a single appointment because, as you can see from the website screenshot, the instructions said to book a SINGLE appt. So we figured that meant one person only needed to book. We arrived and were told we were each supposed to book a separate appt. The receptionist was very nice and told us it's fine and that we could just do one of us today and one next week and still offer the discount. So, I went and did mine with the injector. I was hoping to be able to write a better review about Ovme, after 2 visits and $3000 it's safe to say this place has no idea about people of color. I was feeling like no one was listening or had any idea what I was looking for in my results after the first visit, I went back to ask questions and inquire about correction, I was treated as if I stole something, when all I wanted was to correct what I felt was not what I wanted.
