Came here for the "Botox BFF" event with my friend. We booked a single appointment because, as you can see from the website screenshot, the instructions said to book a SINGLE appt. So we figured that meant one person only needed to book. We arrived and were told we were each supposed to book a separate appt. The receptionist was very nice and told us it's fine and that we could just do one of us today and one next week and still offer the discount. So, I went and did mine with the injector. I was hoping to be able to write a better review about Ovme, after 2 visits and $3000 it's safe to say this place has no idea about people of color. I was feeling like no one was listening or had any idea what I was looking for in my results after the first visit, I went back to ask questions and inquire about correction, I was treated as if I stole something, when all I wanted was to correct what I felt was not what I wanted.
