Was just looking up the phone number and saw the reviews. I'm not a 'review leaver' but in this case the feedback is so vastly different than my experiences here - I am compelled to share. I've been going to OVME for over a year now. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. You feel right at home the minute you step in. I've had facials, filler, peels, you name it. I had a hydrafacial at the Plano location this week with Mary. It was by far, one of the worst that I've ever had! Not only did she rush through the procedure (I had to get the rest of the blackheads out once I got home), she had very bad breath. The manager (name unknown) called me and apologized, but basically my bad experience wasn't their problem, nor was it their problem that I wasted $250 on this hydrafacial (I had a $100 credit, so between the balance and the tip, I paid a little over $250). I will not recommend this place for laser or facials. I did my underarms - 6 session but my hair decreased by less than 20%. In addition, I signed up for the monthly facial program and it's just a rip off. You have to use your session within the same month, or you lose your money. Plus, they are hard to book. I always had to wait, and only one time that the store manger was there, they did something to compensate for making me wait for one hour. I attended one of their promotional parties and pre purchased over $1400 of products at a reduced promotional rate to use in future. When I booked my appointment to redeem products they said costs went up and they were no longer honoring the original promotion cost and charged me more money. This place is not ethical or honest. Lots of other places in metropolitan that deliver what they promise. They basically breached their contract which I pre purchased. Don't be scammed.

I want to start off by saying that at first, I felt like I had a great experience at OVME. The NP and receptionist were welcoming. I came in just worried about my forehead lines and told her the exact amount I needed. She told me I need more than 20 units because if she didn't put any in my frown lines, my brows could droop. I agreed, as I think it was only an additional 2 units. Where things get tricky is when she told me, "if in two weeks, I still see movement come back".
