I want to start off by saying that at first, I felt like I had a great experience at OVME. The NP and receptionist were welcoming. I came in just worried about my forehead lines and told her the exact amount I needed. She told me I need more than 20 units because if she didn't put any in my frown lines, my brows could droop. I had Botox done here on April 8. I explained to the technician that I was specifically focused on a brow lift and crows fit in between my brows as well as sides. I've had brow lifts with Botox two other times in the past (not here) and was pleased with the results. I also explained that my son's wedding was in 9 days.
