WE just had our lanai, carport and front porch done by OX . Very happy with the process and the results. We were told there would be some dust and there definitely was. You will need to clean up after. Our head installer, ***** was prompt, kept us informed of what was next in the process and professional. The thing that made us the least comfortable with the process was the negotiation process with the initial salesperson. I think they should have a set, per sq. ft. price. then add on for any extras. I had some warranty work that needed to be done. ******* can immediately to access the problem. We set up a time to fix the problem. The very nice gentleman arrived at the time promised. Explained many things I wasnt aware of with the installation and cleaning the floor. He was quick and efficient. Cleaned everything after he was finished and it looks beautiful

My experience was good. *****(representative) was very thorough in his presentation and installers worked non stop an entire day to complete the garage floor and they were personable and anwered my questions, moved all items on the floor out and replaced them next day when floor was ready. Ox Floor met my expectations.

At the on set I was not sure, the patio had many cracks. Crew ************ partner convinced me, when they started filling the cracks it was astonishing, when they finished installing the coating my ******** were amazed. We recommend Q floor coating. The third photo shows what it looked like before.
