My experience with Ox Flooring was excellent, beginning with my first encounter with Ted, my salesperson to the last encounter with Ryan and Aiden, my installers. The process, materials, cost and warranty were clearly explained to me. Scheduling an installation was very easy. The team showed up as promised and did a wonderful job. The follow up with Steve in the warranty department was easy. This is a very professional company and I highly recommend them.
