Every one of the staff are amazing and treat you with individualized care. They get to know you and remember you, even after 1.5 years from your last visit(which was the case for me). Appreciate everything Meredith, Charlie, and the whole team have done to help me be able to enjoy life to its fullest. Recommend them to anybody and everybody!

I haven't been there for about 2 years, and meredith came right over to say hello. She hasn't aged at all. Diane was very helpful, and Carter he was able to answer most of my questions. He is caring and doesn't push until you get stronger. This is probably my 3rd session.

Everyone is very personable, particularly Charley and Ann. They do a great job explaining the injury and how they are working to make it better.

Staff was friendly, lnowledgable. The added equipment increased therapy more than I could use at home alone. Most important for me was the convenience of being close to home.

I love this facility but yesterday they fell short. There were too many patients and not enough one on one help from the therapist or assistant. I had to wait 10 minutes or longer between exercises with no one really checking on me. I was surprised and I know they are usually very attentive utnn be it was frustrating.
