The staff are all friendly and cheerful! Most of all they are helpful. Due to my insurance, I was driving 40 min out of my way to the Independence location, when there is an office 5 minutes from my work. Janet, Charley, Sharon and an office manager (sorry forgot the name) continually worked to get the insurance issue worked out. I’ve enjoyed the independence location but look forward to my shorter drive. Thanks for everything!!

My highest complements to the staff in Independence notably Kayla and Meredith. I first went on November 12th with lower back pain and January 11th was my last appointment . The improvement was just amazing. They are professional, friendly and no matter how busy they know how to offer personalized attention. It was wonderful. They did a thorough evaluation and took time to talk through everything that has happened to me up to this point. They came up with a plan to help me and did a small amount of manipulation to see how I would respond. They were very caring and kind.
