Learning to live one day at a time has been the most help and at times its moment by moment because I used drugs to buffer my reality. Today living the program teaches me the spirit to do what's in front of me and let go of the rest. OTC is AMAZING.
Thank God for OTC, sobriety and sober living because w/out all 3 of those I probably wouldn't be writing this review. The gift called recovery and sobriety is the best gift offered to an alcoholic addict like me. Thanks and definitely recommend OTC.
