My first visit was a very nice experience👌🏻 Very fancy place.
The last time I went to the dentist was about five years ago. My dentist said I had great teeth, so I took that as an excuse not to go back to the dentist...EVER. But it came time that I needed to see one. I literally went to the offices of two other dentists before walking into Oxnard Dentistry. The other two just had bad mojo. I had an appointment on the 18th at 3pm. I wasn’t able to make it due to emergency so I called to cancel the appointment. The person who answered put me on hold. After 5 mins I hung up and called again she put me on hold once again. Third time I called it went straight to the voicemail. After few more minutes I called again. The women tried to put on hold. I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm. Checked in right at 4pm and waited until 4:26pm to ask how long my appointment would take. I decided to leave because of how long I waited and still was not given a direct answer as to how much longer I had to wait. You guys should do better with time management if you’re working on appointment basis.
